I'm a beginner. What props do I need?
You can start with the primary need of a yoga mat. We suggest our Beginners' Mat. You can also buy a set of regular size cork blocks and a cotton belt both, helping you in reaching your limits and not exhaust while holding on to your asanas.

How good is the grip for the yoga mat I choose?
Our every yoga mat comes with an optimum grip. We believe 'grip' is the most essential factor for any yoga mat.
How do I clean my yoga mat?
We suggest to clean your yoga mat once a month for hygienic reasons.
